Mark Lovinger, Chief Executive Officer

Mark has been involved in the cannabis marketplace for over 20 years. In 1999, Mark opened his first cannabusiness, Discount Hydroponics, a retail and online store that sells supplies for indoor gardening, targeting marijuana home and commercial growers. In 2003, Mark started R & M Supply, Inc. which manufactured and wholesaled indoor gardening products. Ten years later, with the business producing $38 million in annual sales, Mark sold R & M Supply to his largest competitor. Mark has extensive contacts, a deep knowledge, and has run a number of successful businesses in the cannabis industry.

Mitch Silverman, Chief Operations Officer

Mr. Silverman has a strong background in operations and management having owned a number of small businesses, including Endodontic Associates and Silverman Communications Group, held senior level positions at a number of investment banks including Nomura Asset Capital Corporation and The Capital Company of America, and was the CEO of The Realty Exchange of America and JWP Energy, and completed numerous consulting assignments including within the cannabis industry. Mitch is a graduate of New York University with a degree in Economics and graduate programs at the State University of New York at Buffalo and Columbia University. 

Qianni Sun, Chief Financial Officer

Qianni graduated from Dalian Second High School and Dalian University in China with a degree in Accounting. Qianni worked in the Liaoning Provincial Finance Department and the Accounting Department of the Dalian Cultural Bureau in China. Qianni owned and operated seven retail clothing stores and a garment factory in Dalian, China. After moving to the United States, Qianni owned and operated a foreign student housing facility in Seattle, WA. Qianni is fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, Japanese, and English.

David Moore

David has been a marijuana grower and consultant for almost 20 years. David has constructed and supervised approximately 100 indoor marijuana grows and he is widely considered an expert in indoor grow design, construction, and the marijuana plant. David brings a wealth of knowledge in the Cannabis industry and is a valuable asset to the Company.

Glenn Bierman

Glenn Bierman is the CEO/Co-Founder of Tycon Partners and is an expert in Capital Markets. Mr. Bierman has served as CEO and Board member of both public and private companies and is a seasoned Investment Banker involved in more than $1 billion in transactions, including IPO’s, M&A’s, and ADR’s. His industry experience includes technology, life sciences, defense, industrial services, healthcare, energy, clean tech, entertainment, and cannabis. Mr. Bierman was a Founder/Owner/EVP of Global Markets Capital, LLC, a FINRA/SIPC registered International Investment Bank. In 2004, Mr. Bierman won the Frost & Sullivan Advisor of the Year Award for best Pharmaceuticals Buy-Side Middle Market transaction for such a transaction. Mr. Bierman has also served as an expert witness for FINRA listing hearings. Mr. Bierman’s Fortune 50 experience includes Telecommunications Analyst at IBM’s headquarters, and Investment Banker/Financial Advisor, Smith Barney/Citigroup.

Natalie DeMarco

Natalie De Marco is the President/Co-Founder of Tycon Partners and is an accomplished executive, entrepreneur, and consultant in financial services, investment advisory, technology, and manufacturing. She has held diverse senior level, management and CEO positions at Fortune 50, public and privately held, growth stage, domestic, and foreign-based corporations. Ms. De Marco held a position as USA East Region Group Vice President and Senior Vice President at Fisher Investments for 13 years. In her first 4 years at Fisher Investments, Ms. De Marco brought in more than 300 clients and $400 million in assets under management. She was ranked in the top 10% consistently and achieved the $100 million Club. Fisher Investments manages over $85 billion for private and institutional clients and is one of the world’s largest global independent investment advisory firms. Ms. De Marco was President/Treasurer of Benthor-Sanijura, Inc., US division of a French-based manufacturer, Bene-Benthor, S.A., exporting to 32 countries. Natalie’s career also includes Vice President, Business & Professional Division, Citibank/Citigroup, Co-Inventor/Co-Founder/CEO of a patent-pending media management system technology, and Founder/former CEO of Frontline Investment Consultants.
